Regarding Promotional Offers
1. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, combined, split, or added to.
2. Free shipping for orders over HK$1000 applies to all orders, except for accessories which are excluded from the calculation.
3. Limited-time discounts or free shipping offers must be fully completed by 23:59 on the stated end date, unless otherwise specified.
4. All discounts and free shipping offers are calculated per individual order.
5. If a discount requires a minimum purchase amount or quantity, the conditions must be met to enjoy the offer.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. We do not offer cash refunds, but store credit will be issued for approved returns.
2. If an item is incorrect or defective—such as major damage, stains, missing buttons, or severe misalignment—please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Late requests will not be accepted.
3. In such cases, incorrect or defective items can only be exchanged for the same style, color, and size. Refunds are not available. Shipping costs will be covered by our store.
4. Items will not be eligible for return or exchange due to personal preferences, color discrepancies, loose threads, manual measurement errors (1–3CM), unopened buttonholes, asymmetrical stripes, or natural variations in leather texture or dye—provided these do not affect the overall appearance.
5. All product photos are taken of actual items. Color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Returns or exchanges based on color discrepancies will not be accepted. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
6. Returned items must be in brand-new condition—undamaged, unstained, unwashed, and free from any added scents such as perfume, smoke, body odor, or detergent. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
7. Customers must notify us of the tracking number on the day the item is shipped back to ensure timely processing.
8. Shoes are not eligible for return or exchange. If unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.
9. Store credit for returns will be issued to the original member account and valid for 30 days. Expired credit will be voided automatically without reissue, cash refund, or notice.
10. If an item becomes unavailable due to discontinuation by the Korean supplier, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund within two business days. Remaining items in the order (if any) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
11. If a refund causes the order to no longer meet the conditions for a discount or free shipping, we will recalculate the order or notify you that the remaining items will be shipped with postage due. (See “Shipping Methods” for details.)
12. All items are sourced from Korea, but may not carry a “Made in Korea” label. If labeled with another country of origin, it is due to production by Korean suppliers in that location. Returns or exchanges based on labeling will not be accepted. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
13. By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
Shipping & Delivery

2. Pre-order delivery times may be delayed due to transportation, stock availability, production, or other factors.
3. If the recipient fails to collect the parcel within the courier’s designated time and incurs storage fees, our store will not be held responsible.
4. If the courier is unable to contact the recipient and the parcel is discarded, our store will not be held responsible for refunds or re-delivery.
5. If the recipient refuses the parcel for personal reasons and it is discarded or incurs storage fees, our store will not be held responsible for refunds or re-delivery.
6. If the recipient requests a delayed delivery and fails to reconfirm shipping arrangements within 60 days, the order and payment will be considered forfeited. Our store reserves the right to dispose of the items without responsibility for refunds or re-delivery.
In the event of any dispute, AMSLY reserves the right of final decision.
In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
